The stand’s main column structure is built from laminated Birch plywood, selected for its combination of torsional rigidity and superior self-damping properties. Piano-lacquered in high-gloss black to match the appearance of the speakers, the 23.2 x 13.78 x 11.0-inch (HWD) stands are attached to a carbon steel base that is supported by four large stainless-steel spikes.
